Like many other working parents, I struggled to find the time to provide my family with a high-quality meal while also finding time for work, family, friends, and myself. To be honest, I wanted someone to do all the shopping, cooking and cleaning up. Select Chef was created to make it easy and convenient to enjoy a night off with a high quality, delicious, chef prepared meal so that you could spend more time on what matters most to you.
Select Chef first started off as Gabriel’s Gourmet. You ever had one of those moments in life that changed your perspective on everything? Well, for me one of those moments was when I learned that I was pregnant with my son, Gabriel. I became hyper-focused on eating fresh, natural and organic foods to support a healthy pregnancy. After he was born, I continued to focus on providing him with high quality food to support his healthy development. This led to blenders filled with homemade organic baby food purees. Once his teeth came in, he quickly upgraded to tasty grass-fed beef and organic chicken. I referred to my initial home-based operation as Gabriel’s Gourmet.
Our focus at Select Chef is to provide amazingly delicious meals crafted from fresh, natural and organic ingredients. The menu options include age-appropriate offerings for infants and children so that parents like me can provide their children with high quality foods that they will enjoy. Special requests or dietary concerns can be easily accommodated by Select Chef because we create a personalized in-home experience. It’s the simplicity of delivery with the benefits of a restaurant-level meal in the safety and comfort of your own home.
Cheers to a well-deserved night off!
